12wk Shred-a-thon

I am fully aware of the health risks, and to be honest, I HIGHLY doubt I'll reach it. I just figure If I hit that, no one will beat me. I'll take it as far as I can go, but I won't sacrifice everything to have it.

Ok so I just absolutely crushed the living hell out of the gym.

15min warm up

Kals

Front Squats
3x10 reps w/45lbs WoooooHoooooo love this bro, GR8:evil:

Circuit #1-3 sets no rest in between exercises.
Good Mornings-8reps
Blasts-12 reps
Freak Pushups-10reps

Circuit#2-3 sets no rest
Dead lifts-6 reps w/225
Woodchoppers-8 reps each side w 15lb ball
Shoulder complex (Lateral and front raises)10 reps each w/20lb dumbells

Circuit#3-3 sets no rest
Moguls-8 reps each leg
Cleans-5 reps w/135lbs
PlyoPull-ups-6 reps

Holy crap was I spent. I will say this though. I did it. I felt like puking, I hurt, I was on fire, but I freaking did it. At the end of it, I felt like a freaking champ. I felt unstoppable, and for maybe the first time, I had no doubts I could do whatever I wanted in my life, and I'd knew I'd be successful at it. Seriously I'm on a confidence high.

I then followed everything with my breakfast and a 15min Ice Bath. I feel frosty and great.

Do you just switch it up everytime you workout or is this a specific routine that you're following? I notice that you're always doing something different it's hard to keep up with lol.
 
The insane train protocol is five different workouts. One per day. Do it for a month then adjust for weaknesses. So I
If I need more speed work, ill change accordingly,or if I need to focus on lower body endurance and power...then change accordingly. That's what I'm doing. You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

hey did i miss it... i know in one of your logs you commented about changing trainers... who you wind up working with?
