I’m consuming 6g of taurine a day so far. Should I increase?

I get plenty of electrolytes and water morning. I drink 2 scoops of whey protein with water for breakfast. My whey has electrolytes in it.

Also progress pic! Do you guys see any difference? For reference I started my cycle 3/21 so the pic on the left was me with no gear.

30 min pre cardio

  • Behind the back cable shrugs 50lbs 4x12
  • Bb rows 95lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 23lbs up 3lbs 4x8
  • Isolated modified seated lat pulls 70lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Smith machine JM press(long head) 40lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Wide grip bb rows 75lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Lat pull downs 130lbs up 15lbs 3x12
  • Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12

Weekly cheat meal: 760 calories 61g of protein

Trader Joe’s cacio e Pepe spaghetti (half package)
2 Trader Joe’s ground turkey patties cut up
Spinach
And some red chili flakes

So good!

Had a killer chest and cardio session

Pre 30 min cardio

  • DB bench press 40lbs up 5lbs 4x13
  • Hammer curls(long head) 30lbs 3x40 up in reps
  • Leant forward chest flies machine 75lbs up 5lbs 4x15
  • Incline bench db curls (short head) 20lbs 4x20 up in reps
  • Wide grip dips 4x15 up in reps
  • Close grip ez bar preacher curls 65lbs up 10lbs 4x15
  • Chest fly machine 80lbs up 10lbs 4x13

The taurine comes in capsules from Bulk Supplements.

The water I drink is through my hoses purification system so I’m not sure what the nutrients are. I drink Optimum Whey protein which has some electrolytes in it. I usually drink 2 scoops waking up before my workout and 2 scoops post workout for recovery.
