Note - this is a push for following 2 weeks to pull the fat a little lower. Cardio now 45 minutes 6 days per week. 7th day is high carb with no cardio. (6 days low carb 1 day high carb)

Chest press wide grip

1) 60kg x 20
2) 80kg x 12
3) 100kg x 12
4) 100kg x 12

Incline DB flys
4 sets of 17.5kg x 12

Cable crossover
3 sets of 30kg x 15

Superset DB front & side raise
5 sets of 7.5kg x 15 x 15

Shoulder press machine triple drop set
4 sets 80kg > 60kg > 40kg x 10/10/10

Seated DB rear delt raise
4 sets 25kg x 15

Cardio 45 mins elliptical

Less fortunate country for sure. They survive off of tourism.

Alot of run down dirty areas but also some beautiful spots.

Diet stayed somewhat in check but also enjoyed myself a few good meals. We got ourselves a private chef to cook us meals in our villa so that always helped to keep macros close to where they should be

Lat pullover machine
1) 30kg x 25

4) 70kg x 16

20kg plate 2 hand front raises
4 sets of 16

Dumbbell shrugs
4 sets of 20kg per hand 20 reps with squeeze

Cardio - 5,000 steps accumulated by walking to and from the gym 💪🏻

Second gym I've tried in Bali. More of a local vibe. Very old school feel to it which was cool. Absolute hot box though. Signs everywhere regarding not taking photos and respecting members so there's no real photos I can show

Except a cool incline pec deck that I can't say I've seen before. Got a photo before noticing the signs.

i like maybe north dakota for a vacay but not this lol
