That was my last meal of the day.
This morning had a breakfast meeting.
3 eggs, 3 bacon, hash browns and sourdough toast with strawberry jam.
This how a king eats!!
Now I just need to fast.

I do not like oatmeal from a restaurant. It always has to much water for me. I do not like it mushy.
It was toast or a pancake. I would have eaten the whole thing, then felt bad.
 
Dinner was nice and easy. Good for the cold weather. Had some left over shredded chicken breast 6oz. Added bone broth and cup of brown rice. Made a soup.
3 minutes in microwave.
 
Shoulder work out.
Cable machine side and front Delt raises. 4 sets of 20 reps 10 lb
Face pulls 4 sets 20 reps
Military / shoulder press machine.
4 sets 12-15 reps 90-120 lbs
Dumbbells all 4 sets 12-15 reps
Side raises 15-25lb
Front raise 15-20 lb
Rear 15-20
Seated side raises w static hold 15 lb
Incline bench side raise 15 lb
Incline bench Y raises 10-15 lb
Standing front raise with ez curl bar 3 set 20-30 lbs
30 min sauna
