actually fonz, I beg to differ...
ephedrine works by binding to b2 and somewhat to b3 receptors (it is very similar to norepinephrine).
which is why it is used as a bronchial dialator
Ephedrine works by binding to Beta-1's,2's and 3's
in a 20/43%/37% fashion. Studies done on ephedrine
while using selective beta-blockers proved its]
effects on the different beta-adrenoreceptors.(Search
Medline) While B2's increase muscle temp, the effect
would be unnoticed since the DNP is already
increasing the body temp considerably.
Beta-3's activate Brown Adipose Tissue thermogenesis
which increase thermogenesis. Again, the effect
would go unnoticed because of the DNP.
ECA is a great addition to DNP cycles because
it slows down gastric emptying, therefore
helping to curb cravings. It will also
help with strength loss via increased
neuro-transmitter levels.
