Absolutely.....I've heard that a lot before from people who like to cook, that i am their favorite person to cook for......I've actually been on dates at resturants where the girl has told me more or less that she likes to eat vicariously through me, lol.

If you're going to binge, a cruie is the time to do it, I've never been on one, but I hear it is some of the best food you'll ever eat.
 
I don't know if it's the best food, but there sure is a UNLIMITED 24-HOUR SUPPLY of it. And since I'm a girl who LOVES to eat, I'm sure it'll be out-of-control... and I know I will enjoy all eight days and nights of it! :)

WW, were those macros for a high carb day? Drop that protein a bit either way. More than 200 is too much for your body right now. I'd say 170-180 is plenty.

Cruise food isn't always the tastiest, but they surely put on a show. And who would complain about unlimited cheesecake? ;)
 
There is entirely WAY too much "food talk" in here!! I am not sure if I can keep exposing myself to this thread.... :FRlol:

Ok, I cut out the *bad* food talk - let's get serious. Those macros where for a moderate carb day. The protein mostly came from whey shakes. I am having one or two per day now.

I think I'm going to have to stop 'cycling' in the real sense of the word. I'm lifting on four or five days of the week, and I understand that I *really* need to get in some carbs on those days. I'm just going to plan my carbs around (before/after) my workouts, use glucorell, and see what happens.

O.k. I think I should stop here. Only the second post I read... And I tell ya... People are eating ice cream, and Applebee's and I just can't take that food talk :evil:
 
HAAAAAPPY MONDAY!
My gym has three locations and I got an AWESOME leg workout in a different gym on Saturday. My boyfriend and trainer were both there, so I felt more comfortable. The different machines rocked too. Then shoulders, triceps, and abs back at the 'home' gym yesterday.

I've decided that if I'm lifting, I'm eating carbs - just before/after my workouts. Today, no AM cardio, but there's the plan.

7:00 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 2 hard boiled egg whites
• whey p. shake with 6 oz skim

10:00 A.M.
Meal # 2 :
• 4 oz tilapia
• onions, mushrooms, green beans

1:00 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 4 oz tilapia
• field greens

4 or 5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 2-4 oz turkey
• medium apple

WORKOUT- Biceps and Back

7 or 8 P.M. - 2 glucorell
Meal # 5 :
• 4-8 oz ground sirloin
• onions, broccoli, salad greens
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown rice or steel cut oats
 
Sometimes the change of scenery of a new gym works wonders....nice to hear about the carbs, carbs are good, lol.

I took the weekend off from this place - just reading around here is torture, esp. when this girl is HUUUUUNGRY!! :p
