"all the trash washes up on the North Shore".. not really a bad area, just a lot of transient people, young people no food, or money living off what comes by...

Paradise, and the local youth can't wait to leave..

I was torn between North shore and Kailua(lanikai area in particular)... still may end up over there. its a bit closer to honolulu and its good to have easy access to the city.

but for now my eye is on some real estate right on Sunset beach
