Is working out at night before bed 8-930... and then drinking a HUGE whey and Mass XXX shake right before bed going to hurt my gains at all? Since I will have all those calories in my shake but then wont eat again untill breakfeast obviously.... Is this a bad idea my schduele really only allows me to workout around that time. The shake I drink has 90 grams of protein and a bunch of calories is that gonna be enough to tide me over until the A.M.?

I would not use any kind of mass xxx gainer shake post workout. Those tend to be a bunch of junk calories. I think you could find a pwo shake with higher quality ingredients...

Is there any way to eat a solid meal once you are home from the gym prior to bed? This really would be best imo.

If not make sure you eat a very solid breakfast.

I defiantly always eat a solid breakfeast which is usually a 60 gram shake and a bagel.... No I usually go to bed around 11:30-12 so there is no time in between for any other food... Does this matter?

A shake and a bagel is not a solid breakfast. I was thinking something like 6 whole omega three eggs with a few eggwhites scrambled and a cup of old fashoined oats with berries and skim milk. That's a solid muscle building breakfast.

What time do you leave the gym? Is there anyway to train earlier? I train late in my day but always manage a pwo shake plus two meals. This might not be possible for you, but a sold meal pwo would be better than a shake if it's going to be the last meal of your day.

shake and a bagel man?

You need to be packing in protein if you are bulking, go to the store and buy you egg whites and cook those up with some veggies in the morning, have your shake a couple hours after.

as for drinking a shake before bed if that is all your schedule allows for then you gotta do what you gotta do.. it isn't going to turn you into a fat ass but I'd definately look into a new form of protein shakes.

are you cycling?

Guys my morning breakfeast has over 70 grams of protein in it..... Not gonna get that in egg whites like your eating lol, that breakfeast you suggested is even significantly lower in protein than that. Maybe I should have been more clear as to how big of a shake lol.
