Just wanted everyone to know, last night on leg night, I worked my heiny good. I feel the "good" pain today. For the last 4 weeks, after working out for nearly 2 years, I finally heeded the advice from this board, and have been doing squats---without the Smithmachine. Lordy be.....that works you soooo good. My outer thigh aches.....my inner thigh....and my good old heiny. I also went my heaviest on the sled.....put seven 45 pds. on each side.....pushed out about 5 of those puppies. Good old legworkout last night. And once again a big old Kudos to the advice handed out on this board Now I will try and ease myself up out of this chair.....ouch
