I sure hope this isn't muscle. Being sick sucks. Seeing 125 makes me realize that I don't want the scale to go down any (or much) more.

Your the one who got me sick! :) We shall eat soup, pop vitamin C and sit in our pjs all day together, sound good?

Sorry to hear that....... hopefully you will start to feel better soon :rose: ANd I'm sure the lack of appetite is also attributed to being sick, I know mine goes away whenever I don't feel so swell :(

Ooh! I don't know how I missed this. Thank you. I am feeling much better! ;)

I put equal parts of cottage cheese (I use FF), egg whites, and oats in a blender, then throw in some frozen berries and a couple scoops of protein powder, blend some more, then pour it into muffin cups and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. :p YUMMY! They're not very good fresh out of the oven, but after a while in the fridge they're GOOOooood.
