There's a powder that comes in a packet called Emergen'C - it's a fizzy drink (just mix it with water) and it's vitamins, minerals, etc - Really helps me feel better when I have that blah feeling from being sick....

you're right (as usual ). I'm feeling much better now that I'm at work. Funny how that works out.
