Weight: 125.6 WTF?
I'm still feeling pretty icky today. Plus, I gotta go back to work.
6:45 - rise
8:00 - 1 scoop protein powder
scripts, multi, b, c
I'm not planning on doing any cardio until I feel almost 100%. I plan on doing a full body workout after work. We'll see, though. I'm afraid that work will run me down, and I won't feel up to it come gym time.
