The two biggest things are habit and boredom. It's been a little less than a year that my husband and I moved away from our old college town. That's where we got the "Let's get drunk just because it's Tuesday" mentality. He's getting tired of drinking as much, so it should be easy peasy. Not to mention the damage it does to our wallets!

Right now our biggest obstacles are company, weddings, parties, birthdays. There's always at least one reason to "celebrate" a week (or so it seems).

I understand completely!! Maybe try some new activities you both can do together......my hubby & I like to walk - so we walk everywhere.....We're now looking into buying bicycles and might get back into hitting golf balls.....

As for the weddings, b-days -- see if you can hold off & enjoy it then....just try to avoid the binge drinking - that's not good for you....

16c water,
I'm not making cardio a goal today. I'm struggling.
Just say "no" to junk. I've been craving chocolate, and there is half a Ghiradelli dark chocolate bar in the freezer. I put it there so it would be harder for me to eat it! :lmao:


5:55 - 1 Stacker 3
I think I need to start taking two Stackers. One didn't wake me up at all this morning.

6:45 - 2 Midol
I'm in SO much pain that I can barely standup or walk. Ugh.

I hope everyone has a great day. Happy hump day!

I know. This is crap. I was struggling, and Sprite always makes my tum tum feel better.

Ugh! I have no willpower today.

9:00 - 3mg melatonin

I had such a horrible, shitty day. I was double over in pain from cramps all day, but instead of taking half a day off at work I decided to stay. Well, about 50% of the office had to leave work early because some sore throat/feel-like-you've-got-hit-by-a-truck bug is going around. After lunch I started to feel that way, too. As if cramps aren't enough. :worried: Hopefully I'll feel better by tomorrow morning. Right now I feel like warmed over ass.

Protein:98 - 21.3%
My macros are way off today. :rolleyes:

I really don't know how that happened. I took a long nap yesterday, and still went to bed early. I slept straight through my alarm clock. No A.M. cardio for me today. :worried:

7:50 - 1c skim milk
1scoop pro powder
multi gummi, C, B

I feel like I have really lost my momentum the past couple days between the chocolate last night, missing cardio, and feeling like a pile of steamy poo. :rolleyes: Today's a new day! I need to get back on track before this weekend rolls around.
 
Great job on the pull up.... my husband has to assist me on mine and ends up doing them for me LOL.

Throw the chocolate away, back away from the chocolate!!!

Feel better, drink lots of water especially for the cramping. But you should really go to the doctor if your not feeling better soon!
 
Back AWAY from the chocolate....or better yet, send it to me & I will dispose of it for you... :p

CK, Thanks, girl! The cramps subsided today. They were manageable, thank goodness!! Plus, my throat didn't hurt this morning! WOO HOO!

Jens, dang, it's too late. I ate all my chocolate yesterday. :lmao: :evil: I didn't even wait for it to thaw. I ate it straight outta the freezer. lol!!
