I really don't know how that happened. I took a long nap yesterday, and still went to bed early. I slept straight through my alarm clock. No A.M. cardio for me today. :worried:

7:50 - 1c skim milk

I feel like I have really lost my momentum the past couple days between the chocolate last night, missing cardio, and feeling like a pile of steamy poo. :rolleyes: Today's a new day! I need to get back on track before this weekend rolls around.

So, I thought I slept through my alarm again, and I missed a.m. cardio. GRRrrr! Turns out, my alarm has been set for an hour later than usual. Oooh. I'm an idiot.

7:00 - 2 Stacker 3
Okay, this was a horrible idea. I feel so shitty now... like I'm going to hurl any second. :worried: *note to self: do not ever take more than one at a time* :sick:

7:45 - 1 scoop protein powder, gummi multi, C, B

Okay, y'all. I didn't have time to pack my lunch this morning. I was too busy bowing to the porcelain god from those two Stackers. :( I can either a) go to McDonald's b) Hardees c) KFC or d)pick up a protein bar. I'm not sure which would be the best.

I can do the protein bar, but I don't have a place to get fruit. Oh well. I just realized I have protein powder in my purse (:lmao: I seriously don't know why it's in my purse). Maybe I'll just pick up some nuts at a gas station to go with it. ;)

That sounds better than Fast Food...bleh!! Is there anywhere to get a salad?? Like a grocery store with a salad bar??
