Nope. Nowhere near where I work. I could get a salad at McDonalds, but I'm not really feeling one from there today.

Some wasabi and soy sauce flavored almonds are sounding good right about now. :p

So, I thought I slept through my alarm again, and I missed a.m. cardio. GRRrrr! Turns out, my alarm has been set for an hour later than usual. Oooh. I'm an idiot.

7:00 - 2 Stacker 3
Okay, this was a horrible idea. I feel so shitty now... like I'm going to hurl any second. :worried: *note to self: do not ever take more than one at a time* :sick:

7:45 - 1 scoop protein powder, gummi multi, C, B

9:45 - Protein muffin

12:00 - Trail Mix, 5.5 serving
I snacked on this throughout the whole work day.

6:30 - Wendy's Taco Supremo Salad :p
We stopped at Wendy's on our way to watch Ricky Bobby. That movie was pretty funny!! I literally laughed out loud throughout the whole thing!

10:00 - 2 Beck's dark

I see sodium, sodium sodium, drink lots of water. Though you had a salad, fast has a lot of sodium! Trail mix, sodium, protein muffin (if not homemade sodium)

You know, I never really think about sodium. :eek2: The muffins were homemade, so those were okay, but the rest of the stuff was pretty much crap. Thank you for pointing that out. :) :heart:

Ugh! I have been so sick this weekend! I actually called off work today. Yesterday I was layng on the couch all evening, hot then cold, with a cough, and a horrid sore throat. Needless to say, I didn't make it to the gym. I think I'm feeling good enough to go today, but I won't do anything strenuous. Anyways, yesterday's food intake:

That sucks to hear about your weekend, but take it easy cause you don't want to get even worse, maybe take one more day, trust me I know it is hard, but it may be a way of your body telling you something.
 
Thanks, CK! I just feel so bad because I haven't done anything since Thursday. :eek2: I did some yoga this morning, though, and if I do anything at the gym, I will keep it light, and I'll cut back on the number of sets. ;)
