Ok bros, info first.....6'2", 218lbs body fat estimated to be around 16% at the moment. Training 5 days a week, splits are as follows, Mon-Chest/Bis Tues-Shoulders/Tris Wed-Off Thurs-Legs Fri-Back Forearms Sat-Off Sun-Off 4 days a week, cardio 30 to 40 mins on the treadmill incline settings usually a good jog or sometimes quick walk whichever I feel like. I do abs also 3 days out of the 7 usually every other day just like any other muscle. Eating habits.......Meal 1-Eggs(3 to 4 egg whites, one yolk), piece of wheat toast with little butter and glass of OJ or Milk. Meal2-Protein shake Meal3-Chicken tenders with veggies like beans or carrots Meal 4-Same as 3 and meal 5-home cooked meal and sometimes meal 6-another protein shake. I am trying to eat less of each meal but still eat 5 times a day to keep my metabolism going. I am looking for a good diet that will lean me out in 6 weeks(before vacation and the beach) I am currently having problems cutting the fat right now. Will someone please work out a diet for me according to my height, weight, and training schedule? I know it's a lot to ask from someone but I need help and I will not pay a nutritionist or PT to help me. Also taking winny for another week or so at 50 mg ED. Will complete 5 weeks of winny 50 mg ED. Please help, I want to see some definition for summer! Cannot afford any AAS so don't suggest any. Just a hardcore diet I can stick to. Any of you tall guys know what I"m talking about help me out please. Thanks to all who respond!

How about training with weights mon/tue--thurs/fri only and doing upper body/lower body splits with short rest periods like 20-45 seconds this difference will be huge, since your only training to maintain mass there is no reason for you to have long rest periods and go for big lifts.

Also, you probably should only eat carbs on the days you train or at the very least eat them for breakfast on your non training days, eat more eggs and peanut butter and meats this will help keep your carbs low.

I'll help you out but can you wait a week. I'm officially starting my diet next Sat. that will decrease body fat and increase muscle mass at the same time. I will be very specific as far as amounts and times. Keep a look out for my post on Saturday.

Just to get you started you need to eat 6 times a day and space your meals out every 3 to 4 hours. Every meal should contain Carbs/Protein/fat.
Your protein shake before you go to bed should contain Micellar Casein a slowly digesting protein. This will prevent your body from borrowing protein and preventing your body from going into a catabolic state and it will keep your blood sugar levels stabilized. It will also prevent you from having to get up in the middle of the night to feed yourself. If your last meal is at 8:00 and you don't eat again until 7:00 am your body has been without any nutrients for 11 hours and your blood sugar level is way down causing you to lose muscle mass and put on fat. That's why it's extremely important to eat as late as possible and if your taking protein I suggest getting something with Micellar Casein in it.

ok simple mistakes...

1) Vitamins?
2) Oils (fish or flax)
3) You need fat to burn fat
4) try being more active, in general through out the day, every calorie counts
5) get a cardio workout out of lifitng, try going 12 reps instead of 10-8, heck try 15, go for endurance, u still build muscle, but you give your cardiovascular system a better shock, also try shortening up time between sets, this way you get a beter sweat going.
try this and see, you never know...

IMO*** at 16% BF u are wasting your time with winny, when you get to 12% try test, and when you get to 8% try winny, winny is used to shredd the body of fat that surrounds the organs basically. Meaning you want to use it when you are very low to begin with. Save it, then diet down to 10-8%, then shredds to peices with winstrol. Good luck keep my updated...

Oh yeah, did i mention that dieting takes time>>>>>>>months

Ok, so I've heard, keep your current workout schedule the same just change up the order of everything week after week to keep muscles growing. I've heard to change up to more reps and I've heard do a different split of groups of muscles. I guess I'll just have to find out what's best. THe thing is, this new girl I'm dating is in really great shape and I'm just a really self concious guy after taking my shirt off. Should I throw some prop in with this winny for the next few weeks and maybe this will help me maintain some lean mass if I do my cardio?? Lemme know bros thanks!
 
never change your self for someone else man, it isn't worth it. I don't want to tell you how to run your life, but working out is a passion, a hobby, male bonding. Most importantly, everyone's life goal should be to be healthy. That doesnt mean fit or 5% bf, it means have a good heart rate and to have low cholesterol. Being able to tie your shoes with out huffing and puffing. Sometimes new women tend to "whip" men or "mold them" so don't succomb to whast between their legs, lol. Good luck man, just go with the flow and enjoy life. If people think you are fat, who cares, it's what you feel, and if you want to lose weight, do it for your self and no one else. Good luck man.

***Try Jump Roping, so good for you, it is really under estimated.
 
Thanks man, I truthfully do it for me and only me, but I just would like to look good on the beach this year. I'll post some updated pics after my last week of winny. Just trying to maintain my size, 6'2", 218lbs and lose the body fat percentage to around 12.
