Why Can't They Catch This Sniper?

I think what he's saying makes some sense. If you want to catch a thief, think like a thief. If you want to catch a sniper (who obviously knows what he/they are doing), you need people who think like snipers. Who would best be suited to think like snipers? Trained snipers.

I'm sure Chief Moose is a fine law enforcement officer and a good man, but do you think this is what he signed on for when he became a cop? Does he have specific training in this? I would say no to both questions.

Chesty. I truly dont see what Marines or SEALS could do better. Wait for evidence and hunt him ? That's what Cops and especially the FBI is trained for and used to do. You need undercover agents and wish to be lucky...

That is what I am saying. It takes a sniper to hunt a sniper. You don't cover a whole state. When you hunt bear or lion, do you hunt the whole state? No. You scout out the area in which they roam and hunt there. The sniper hunters would do the same.

yup but this isn't the typical snipper we know. Not some guy hidden God knows where in Sarajevo shooting at Blue Helmets and then hidding. That one seem to keep a "normal" life when he's off killing people.
