whats the most you've eaten on a cheat day???

I can't exactly remember my last binge/cheat day, but I usually have: a large freschetta deluxe pizza, a pint or two of edy's or ben&jerry's, a box of philadelphia cheesecake bars, about half a box of cereal, and a box of lean pockets, something along those lines.
 
i used to give my self all of saturday to cheat

so it would usually b (not at 1 sitting)

wendies #1, and 4 extra chessbergers
2 pizza pies my self
cluck u chicken- 30 hot bites
a gallon of ice cream
box of cookies


but now ive changed to 3 cheat meals a week
so ive stopped my self from geting outof hand. even thought i still eat the 3 on the weekends, and throw down on each of them.

i dont kno if im gonna stick to this 3 thing.. or go back to just saturday.
 
damn....you guys pig out on your cheat days......on my diet I made it so that I only have one cheat meal every two weeks.....but I'm strict as hell about it. The most I ever eat is like a burger from wendy's.....or something along those lines
 
On Sundays I usual catch up with

Breakfast..
1 grapefruit
1 v. large bowl honey nut crunch
4 rashers bacon
3 eggs
mushrooms
4 toast + jam
2 current bread toast

mid morning..
half pound cheese buger
half a malt loaf
2 current bread toast
2 pieces of fruit

Lunch..
Chicken
mushrooms
salad
2 current bread toast
2 pieces of fruit

Mid afternoon
Yogurt
2 toast and jam
2 current bread toast
2 pieces of fruit

Evening..
Roast beef
roast potatoes
4 veg
1 pint ice cream
strawberries
half bottle of wine

In between meals tons of peanuts

then late on liqorice and maybe some chocolate
 
i think thats lame, if your going to cheat you should go all out, one burger every 2 weeks would drive me nuts. How do you do it? are you competing or something soon?

This wasn't even a cheat day.... it was just a regular cutting day, but I caved and gave into my carb cravings....

Two 750g boxes of Kellogg's Special K....
About 3 litres of milk, I guess....
Two loaves of bread....
About 8 bananas....

I was in so much pain that I could barely get up.... yet I was just going back and eating bowl after bowl of cereal. I hope I never do that again.
 
i used to go soooo all out on my cheat days...but the feeling afterward is not worth it...being full for hours. at the beginning of my cheat day i would be so excited. but then but the end, i'd be so sick of eating that i'd almost puke. so i've learned to moderate my cheat days. i dunno how u guys eat that much.
 
saturdays cheat day for me

1/2 tub of ice cream
2 pieces round table pizza
1 bag baked lays chips
1 can whipped cream
