hello.... anyone know if this is an actual type of exercise that does anything. ive never seen anyone do it before.
this asian guy came into the gym and got 3 - 50 pound plates and put them on the flood.. then he got down and started lying next to them and then reached over and put all 3 plates on his stomach. he was just lying there like that for about 10 minutes.. not moving
what was he doing? was this is ab exercise? or was he trying to kill himself by crushing his ribs and lungs.
