what if one were to eat all day and train all day

I don't understand. Why can't you just do what works. Ie. follow a good program (DC, 5x5, whatever, focusing on compound lifts) eat lots of protein, enough calories to grow and maybe do some light cardio a couple of times a week if you truly gain fat easily. Why do you want to try weird ass programs and diets that no one else uses. Why do you think you're the only one advocating these things? Because they don't work, atleast optimally!

Seriously, if you were to eat to grow and train intensely no more than 4 times a week you would grow, your metabolism would speed up and thus you'd lose fat because of the increased musculature. It's stupid to train all day or something, train 3-4 times a week and then REST / active recovery.
