Those of you that "diet."

As of right now, I usually eat about a little over a pound of lean ground beef (using my personal taco seasoning recipe) and about 3/4 cup of whole grain rice split up for 3 meals. MRP shakes for another 2. Then whatever the woman cooks for dinner.

Looking for some easy cooking/seasoning ideas. I usually cook 3 lbs of the beef at a time which means I only really need to "cook" twice a week.

Chicken breasts or boneless thighs are easy too. I'll usually buy a low or no sodium marinade and put 4-6 frozen boobs in a ziploc with said marinade. Normally I have ones that have been marinading already and just cook them all at once. Good for 2-3 days. I buy short grain brown rice at costco and will cook enough for 2-3 days. I always have cottage cheese in the fridge, and I always have a ton of those seasoned tuna pouches. I eat those with wasa crackers. Whole grain and a good amount of fiber.

Of course with a newborn, I'm throwing a bowl of cheerios and a shake down in the morning and forget my lunches half the time because I'm in such a rush to get her to daycare and then to work. Then It's usually a wendy's grilled chicken sangueech and some chili.

I may start using some ground veal. Baby animals = tasty.
