i agree jerky and pb are hard to beat. whenever i need something when im out ill grab a metrx big 100 or a couple pure protein bars at a convenience store
I just stop by mickey-d's and grab 2-3 double cheeseburgers off the dollar menu. They do have 25 grams of protien in each one. or I just bring a couple true mass or cyto gainer shakes in my cooler for work.
