keep your stomach full all day. water/milk/pasta whatever.
#1 problem have -- they eat when their stomach tells them. Then their tongue tells them to eat tasty shit. Then they eat lots of it. And that's how peoeple get fat.
Eat all day til stomach full -- never feel hungry -- and watc the lbs fall off.
