I was just thinking. I must be an idiot, there's probably a logical explanation but... if you can do at least one push-up, shouldn't you always be able to bench your bodyweight at least once?
My cousin can do like 14 push-ups (he's a big fucker) and can't lift more than 90 lbs benching. It's the same movement, just one of them has you ass up. ^^
