VALDEZ, BFT: Every workout? or Once in a while?

Are you supposed to do the BFT every workout ofr 6 weeks or are you supposed to just add a BFT exercise to your workouts?

I know you did this type of wotkout, It's a killer. How were your gains?

I did three weeks of it pretty hardcore and I started to show signs of overtraining? I gained about 5 lbs in in about 4 weeks, I'm solid at 205 now. Yes you are supposed to do it every week for the 6 weeks. I don't have a reliable training partner that can be at the gym EVERY SINGLE SESSION because that is what it requires: you cannot workout alone on B.F.T. and it's not like you can ask someone for a spot while doing it, LOL...

It's great, you need to leave the gym in 45 minutes no matter what, you must consume at least 21xbodyweight in calories. it is a good program for massive gains. the downside is that it is very painful and you must have an incredible workout partner with flawless consistency. better than a marriage.
 
I really like the workout, but I don;t have a training partner at all.
I'm heading back to MAx-Ot until I can find a partner.

I couldn't find your dorian split....

mon- chest biceps
tue- legs
wed- off
thur- shoulders triceps
fri- back traps
weekend off. exercise choice is yours but workout should be intense and under 1 hour.
