Approved Log UGLOZ Test E, Equipoise, NPP and GH Lean Growth Phase cycle

Session:
Thursday - Hamstrings / Glutes Focus

Despite lingering quad DOMS from Tuesday, yesterdays hamstring-dominant session ran smoothly. Lying leg curls and stiff-leg deadlifts moved well, and strength continues to trend upward across movements. Cable glute kickbacks caused a significant lower back pump that lingered well past the set, but nothing that impacted performance. All working sets were executed with good control and intensity.

Cardio:
15-minute walk after lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Breakfast through to post-workout nutrition is attached. Day finished with chicken, rice, and veggies. Digestion has been solid, and the recent refinements in food timing and meal content seem to be helping. Pre- and intra-workout protocols were consistent with prior sessions and continue to support good session output.

Recovery:
Slept 7 hours and 3 minutes. DOMS in the quads was significant but not concerning- expected given the increased load and overall session volume on Tuesday. No joint pain or new issues to report.

Current PEDs:
Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Mood continues to improve as work-related stress settles. Libido and energy are in a good place. No other side effects to note.

Adjustments Made:
None.

Progress Updates:
No weight taken yesterday morning. Strength has taken another step forward this week and training quality has followed suit. Confidence is high with how the gear is performing, and the blend of recovery, nutrition, and structure is dialled in.

General Comments:
Everything feels well-aligned heading into the final session of the week. Quads are still recovering but not a limiting factor. Looking forward to an early morning session today and using the weekend to recover before pushing on into one final week before a planned deload.
@hypogaeum good job on the PED's! it is looking solid. we love the training and the hardwork you are doing too

Sucks when legs are taxed or your cns gives u problems ive had both issues before with legs.

Session: Friday - Chest & Back
Trained at a different location today, which brought a fresh boost to motivation. Morning session with less fuel in the system but still managed a strong performance, especially on the bench press where form and load continue to progress. Chest and back pump was excellent, with all working sets executed well.

Cardio: Planned lunchtime walk.

Nutrition & Supps: Pre-workout included Pump Juice, pre-workout, carb powder, whey protein, and creatine. Intra-workout was Pump Juice with water. Post-workout meal was BBQ beef brisket with sweet potato fries. Morning tea and lunch both planned and logged, with carb powder now being used pre-workout instead of intra, which feels effective for session energy.

Recovery: Slept 6 hours 34 minutes with solid quality. Feeling good despite the shorter sleep. No training planned over the weekend, allowing for full recovery before another push next week.

Current PEDs: Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements: Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments: No negative side effects noted. Pumps remain intense, and strength jumps are noticeable- @UGL OZ gear has well and truly kicked in and doing what it's supposed to do.

Adjustments Made: None.

Progress Updates: Weight not recorded this morning. Committing to scheduling updated physique photos next week.

General Comments: Looking to finish work early for an event tonight. Weekend will be lower pace with family time before one more hard week of training leading into deload. Bloods planned in 1.5-2 weeks.
@hypogaeum bro you are doing awesome work....keep shining........

Session:
Week 7, Monday + Chest, Back & Abs

Good session with movements as per attached. Intensity was high with increases to both weight and reps across the board. Program called for 0RIR, so pushed each set accordingly and exceeded my own expectations on a few lifts. Pump came on fast and strong, with energy consistent from start to finish after a solid night’s sleep and a slower weekend. Strength progression has been notable over the past week.

Cardio:
No cardio today.

Nutrition & Supps:
All meals up to dinner are attached. Digestion in a good place and fuelling feels on point.

Recovery:
8 hours and 4 minutes sleep last night with good quality. Body feels fresh after the weekend. Elbow has occasional flare-ups (but minimal impact) and back has returned to normal. Calves are a bit tight but are being worked on.

Current PEDs:
437.5 mg Test E
210 mg EQ
210 mg NPP
5IU/day GH

Current Health Supplements:
CoQ10 300 mg
Vitamin D3 75 mcg
Vitamin K2 180 mcg
Berberine 1000 mg
Citrus Bergamot 1000 mg
Omega-3 4000 mg
NAC 1 g
Aspirin 100 mg
Magnesium Blend 1 scoop
Telmisartan 80 mg

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Blood pressure 119/74 this morning. Injections smooth with no discomfort (left VG today). Libido, mood, and energy in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
No immediate changes to training or PEDs this week, but will add TUDCA for liver support. PED adjustments planned for next week based on final LCMS and hsCRP results.

Progress Updates:
111.9kg this morning after a weekend without weight sessions and minimal cardio- expect weight to dip slightly in the next day or two. Strength continues to climb. Deload planned for next week to manage recovery and avoid injury.

General Comments:
Sleep, motivation, and energy are high.
Had the opportunity to get bloodwork early this morning and initial results are back. Waiting on LCMS testing for test and E2, and hsCRP, so test and E2 numbers are likely a little lower than shown.
Having said that, my expectation is that while E2 is “within range”, it’s lower than the 200 (or so) that I usually like it at. Lipids are solid with HDL in a good spot, LDL mid-range, and triglycerides low. Kidney markers show creatinine slightly above range with eGFR at 70 (possibly reflective of muscle mass and training status), but worth monitoring. Liver enzymes are moderately elevated, so TUDCA will be introduced this week. Haematology looks good, so I’m very happy with how EQ is treating me so far. Awaiting LCMS testosterone and E2 values for more accurate hormone assessment, along with hsCRP for inflammation status.
Based on the full results, I’m leaning towards a small bump in Test E is likely, and keeping NPP in for the full 20 weeks (rather than dropping at the end of week 12).
