I tried the tomato soup thing in the same situation too.
You guys say you can't understand why anybody wouldn't just eat
the tuna but I can't understand how you can constantly eat that dry
shit without gagging. I mean I can put down a can here and there
but damn, I can't just sit down and eat a couple cans several times
a day. I mean I can chug a shake like that with two cans of tuna
in a matter of seconds. Besides, it's unhealthy to rely on whey protein
too much. You can't just say, Designer and some rice=meal. Designer and oatmeal=
meal. Designer and banana = meal. That's an easy trap to fall into. Before
long you're eating hundreds of grams of whey protein a day and you are the
fart and runny shit monster.
Also, I'm starting to here some bad things about maltodextrin, which is the
carb they load MRPs up with. That's all a MRP really is, some protein and vitamins
with a bunch of maltodextrin and aspartame.
