Treilin Food Log

O.k. So I am confused....
I weighed this a.m. at 138.2 That's a two pound difference from yesterday. My BF now registers at 18.1 again... What the heck is going on??? Does the digital calipers take into account water weight gain? Apparently I must have had some... I sent Shadow a couple pics of my stomach this morning since I can't upload them so the pics also back up my findings.I know I dropped my carbs the past two days... but come on...
Today's agenda:
M1 Protein,oatmeal,yogurt (2.5 g creatine, glutamine)
M2 Almonds
M3 Chicken, Spinach, 3 oz sweet potatoe, strawberries
M4 Zone bar
M5 Spinach, Shrimp, Low carb pasta
Gym
M6 Protein, 1.5 C Milk (2.5 g Creatine/glutamine), 1T Flaxseed oil
Cal 1758, 176 Protein, 55 Fat, 140 Carb (11 Fiber)

calipsers will pinch what is there......thats why I think it best to do first thing in the morning....


also - I didnt recommend a lot of tweaking for that reason

ok - saw the pics - WOW!!!

have some ab/oblique lines going on......


I think the pics yesterday has residual water from the weekend bump in carbs...



wow - those look great...18 looks about right...maybe a shade less
