Training with nothing except dumbbells..help

I have nothing except a shitty pair of 15's

what are same things i can use to squat and deadlift with that are really heavy?

Im really going down like a ball thats been left in the corner for months......HELP!!
 
im lifting my couch for my benchpress......HELP!!!

Everything i do in now in the high rep range..(20 reps)

(no, this is not a joke...sadly)
 
Deadlift - 1. Lift the end of your couch. (Even better if it is a hide-a- bed.) Pile stuff on it if it is to light.
2. Stick bars under your washer or dryer. Have someone sit on it if it is to light.



Squat - 1. Have someone sit on your shoulders.
2. Push your car around the block. (Not a squat, but still brutal for your quads.)


That's all I can think of right now.

if you have no weights, find some big stones and tires, etc. have some fun.

may i ask how old you are and what your situation is? i cant go to a gym for various reasons so i bought myself a bar with 345 pounds of plates, a set of adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and i'm getting a squat rack for christmas. this was all relatively cheap, i could afford it with doing a couple odd jobs for strangers and saving the money..
