Training w/o Equipment Help!!

i am at school now (in a fraternity nonetheless) and it is extremely hard to find time to make it all the way across campus to the rec center to workout. are there some good exercises that i can do in my house without any weights at all? i know that all my strength will probably go down the shitter; i just don't want to look like a baby-soft frat boy devoid of muscle...
 
-push ups for chest and front delts

-narrow stance push up (ie triangle) for triceps

-behind the back dips for triceps

-squats and lunges using your own body weight (or even someone on your back)

-shrugs and lat raises with heavy shopping bags in each hand

or even just buy yourself a good band so u can do some rows with the band rapped around a pole or something. The band can also add resistance when doing squats and other things like that.
 
so would a "wide stance" pushup work the chest a little more? and narrow stance would work the triceps more?
 
Go to they gym earlier or later...

Buy dumbells(like the powerblocks or some adjustable type)...

Do pushups, pullups, dips, situps, and do some cardio/watch diet...
 
I second solidJ on the powerblocks...convenience. If you add a stability ball to that, you have a squat station. Just put the ball between the wall and your back, db's to your sides, and up and down you go. You can deadlift with the db's, use the ball for bench press, do db goodmornings....you can pull it off!
 
Hell you can even get what they call a travel bench if you buy the powerblocks, its only 100 and some dollars, it folds up nicely and adjusts to incline/flat/and even decline i believe.
