Training smaller parts

We started training the smaller body parts twice a week three weeks ago and so far have seen a nice improvement. We do calves, forearms and rear delts twice a week and I'm happy with the results. Anyone else do this?
 
I used to do this and I was also happy with the results but then I needed a change so I started to do 1 bodypart per day (except for shoulder/triceps)

Really.. so calves, forearms, and abs + rear delts 3x per week huh? I have always considered doing my forearms 3x a week but never actually did it.. maybe I will..

well there really is no way you could see a difference after 3 weeks. really? that fast? Whats the difference you see in that short of time? curious....
 
I have never really tried that method, I heard it works pretty good for some people. I like my friends motto, if the big parts get bigger with heavy weights then so should the little ones since they are used just as much.

These parts are pumped all the time. There is an other underlying factor also that I wont get into!:biggrin:
