We started training the smaller body parts twice a week three weeks ago and so far have seen a nice improvement. We do calves, forearms and rear delts twice a week and I'm happy with the results. Anyone else do this?

well there really is no way you could see a difference after 3 weeks. really? that fast? Whats the difference you see in that short of time? curious....
I have never really tried that method, I heard it works pretty good for some people. I like my friends motto, if the big parts get bigger with heavy weights then so should the little ones since they are used just as much.
