Ok Question for you gals who have done a show or shows and have worked with a trainer. I am hitting 13 weeks for my first show and feel like and notice no difference in my lean body mass. I am kinda getting frustrated and am not sure what to do. All she has been telling me is to keep my carbs low around 20-50 incuding fibrouis veggies with a few high carb days and keep cals between 1200-1800 and keep protein around 150. Not sure if this sounds confusing to you gals but to me a person who works two jobs and goes to school full time this is very hard for to try and do and try and see why I am not changing I want to do these shows badly I am torn about what to do. ANy opinions ladies on this and what you think????
