Too much protein?

I'm starting a four week intensive program with a personal trainer on Monday, and I talked to him on the telephone today about what he wanted me to eat before our workout. We're training at 9.30am and I mentioned that I'd probably eat my 6 egg whites mixed with half a cup of oatmeal at 6.30am, and he immediately said that 6 egg whites was way too many for a woman. Only eat 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites he said mixed with the oatmeal. In your opinions ladies do you think that he's right about that?

weight divided by 5 = NUMBER OF GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER 6 MEALS

Just to break it down:

6 egg whites: 99 cal, 0 fat, 2 carb, 21 prot
1/2 c oatmeal: 145 cal, 2 fat, 25 carb, 6 prot - Total: 244 cal, 2 fat, 27 carb, 27 prot

1 whole egg + 2 whites: 134 cal, 7 fat, 2 carb, 14 prot
1/2 c oatmeal: 145 cal, 2 fat, 25 carb, 6 prot - Total: 279 cal,10 fat, 27 carb, 20 prot

Doesn't look like that big a deal. Jeez if 7 g. of protein kills me cuz I'm female, I would've been dead in 2000. The fat in the whole egg would help slow digestion for your first meal of the day.

Thanks for all your responses, I think I'll stick to my six egg whites and he doesn't have to know does he? :)

I had a feeling the majority of you take more than three eggs, and you all look fantastic, and I'd rather look like you guys, rather than looking like him.

Thanks again.

So I read about the creatine gaining possibly 5 pounds of water weight from it being stored in the muscles. Since I'm already trying to add on some muscle... Is it still beneficial to keep posting up pictures so people can see me 'super hydrated', or would it be better after I cycle off and start concentrating on cutting more that hopefully will reveal all the muscle I have and will gain?
