I was thinking of going back to my old split of 48hours between workouts. Here is why: I've been training with the same intensity for a while now and the same time between workouts. However, I get sore sometimes the next day. The same thing would happen on a larger scale. If you did a routine you worked up to, stopped for a month, then started up again, you'd be sore. Any advise??????
