Ok I really want to stay on track with my diet as much as possible anyone have suggestions of what to do at all the Holiday functions. I am doing CKD right now.
XMAS time is a great time to go to a traditional 40/40/20 diet because almost ALL foods are rich in carbs. Between Thanksgiving and XMAS, I am NEVER on a CKD diet for that reason alone. Heck, yesterday, my mom came to visit NYC and we went out and ate like champs. Granted I had my fair share of R+ with me but still, carbos are EVERYWHERE
Yeah basically go for the meat and greens that was going to be my plan. I hate when people force things on you that always happens around the holidays. "What do you mean you don't want any dessert? "
