Please do not make it a goal to train like this guy.
Start form the floor, don't use straps, and I would suggest not rounding your your lower back like this guy.
As for time for a 5 x 5 type deadlift it shouldn't take you 45min, typically 15 should be enough, 20 max. How much rest are you taking between sets and do you realy need it to make the reps?
how does he do that? He only rests like 30 seconds in between sets. Can anyone here do this? It usually takes me 30-45 minutes to finish my 5x5 deadlifts.
