I read exodus's posts and he made a lot of sense. The lower the angle of the press the higher the weights are.

What if a person was hanging upside down, and tried to press the barbell up toward his/her feet. I wonder what it would feel like for chest

Probably exactly like a chest dip. That's why this exercise hasn't been seriously pondered yet :D
 
anyone wants to be lab rat for this come on, just swing from a pullup bro, have someone give ou the barbell, and without dislocating your shoulders press it up
 
What about the barbell pull-up? say you can only do a few pullups and want to work higher reps. Also say you don't have a Lat pulldown machine. Just hang, grab a weighted barbell, and pull it up to your chest hehe

Could use those lame arm harnesses people do leg raises in. I don't know about you but I for one wouldn't want to be hanging by my legs while holding a heavily laden barbell.
