H horse52 New member May 11, 2005 #13 Height = 6'1 Weight = 193 (<10% bf) Goal = Bulk up WO Day Cals = ~3300 Off Day Cals = ~3000 Just started bulking this week, so I'm going to increase the cals by 250 every week till I get up to 4300(WO) and 4000(non WO) cals.
