The day...

B,

I don't think you realize what an inspiration (or at the very least a motivator) you are to many of us around here. Watching your training clips makes me want to carry really heavy things around too.

I was more than happy to support you in doing something you love, and I would do so again in a second.

How are you feeling post contest? How is the back?

I believe that both B true and I are planning on doing the contest in Boston in February. I know he will be ready...and I am going to get ready! It's going to be a rough contest for me...and it will be a heavy one for the both of us...but I know that B likes that. I prefer it also because it is a challenge. :) Here is what we know about it so far.

It is a huge contest. Most all of the big International Names and people that you see on ESPN competing will be there. Boston is noted for being VERY heavy and super intense...none of this light crap that I have been dealing with for the past year...

That award would bring a tear to my eye everytime I looked at it if it was on my wall. NF was right when she said it meant more than a 1st place. In my opinion, you f'n won. Again, you have my respect big man:)

Damn good job, Bfold. I've been keeping up on your posts for quite some time, though silently, and the word impressive doesn't even do justice to you . . .

you are a TRUE IRON WARRIOR. Be proud!
