I think it would be a great idea. I am amazed at the shape she is in. She has no clue how to eat or workout. She does do an hour of cardio Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sun though. She is ALL OUT on it too. Puts the instructors to shame.
She works each body part every day!!!
She never ate breakfast. Would have grapes for lunch. Oatmeal (with sugar) or a terryaki tv dinner or potatoes for dinner. She put salt on everything too.
Since she does research in a chem lab she takes no supplements. You would be horrified to find out how bad the things we take are!!!
I finally got her to drink one of those premade Muscle Milks on her way to work. Not the best out there but it is a start.
I also pack her a Detour bar for a snack. She used to eat those Snickers, eh hem, protien bars or candy for a snack.
I have been making dinner a lot too. Mostly chicken and salads. She doesn't eat red meat.
*The only worry is she gets obsessive about things. If she got really into this I could see it consuming her.
She is awesome though. I am doing the cardio classes with her on Mon, Tues, and Thursdays. I even started taking a hip hop class with her on Mondays... never to old to get some rythym right? LOL
