Today’s workout was good. I increased my carbs by 60g this week. I also reduced the amount of oatmeal for breakfast and had some more fruit and added honey.
Back biceps
- Close grip pull downs 115lbs up 15lbs 3x12
- Bb rows mid grip 85lbs up 10lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Single arm cable rows 40lbs up 10lbs 3x15
- Behind the head pull downs 100lbs up 15lbs 3x15
- Incline db curls (at same time) 15lbs
- Incline db curls at same time 15lbs up 5lbs 3x12
- Db alternating hammer curls and 15lbs up 5lbs 3x20

- Reverse grip straight bar cable curls 30lbs up 10lbs 3x20
