Today’s workout was good. I increased my carbs by 60g this week. I also reduced the amount of oatmeal for breakfast and had some more fruit and added honey.

Back biceps

  • Close grip pull downs 115lbs up 15lbs 3x12
  • Bb rows mid grip 85lbs up 10lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Single arm cable rows 40lbs up 10lbs 3x15
  • Behind the head pull downs 100lbs up 15lbs 3x15
  • Incline db curls (at same time) 15lbs
  • Incline db curls at same time 15lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Db alternating hammer curls and 15lbs up 5lbs 3x20
Superset
  • Reverse grip straight bar cable curls 30lbs up 10lbs 3x20
Post 25 min incline treadmill
nothing better on a lazy day then hitting the back and biceps. those 2 muscle groups are good together. they sort of work off each other @Mk11kh
 
Legs hamstring focus

  • Isolated leg extension 30lbs 3x20
  • Incline leg press 100lbs 4x20
  • Hip abductor 60lbs up 5lbs 3x20
SUPERSET
  • Seated hamstring curl 60lbs up 5lbs 3x20
  • SLDLs DBs 30lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Lying hamstring curls 60lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Seated calves raises 55lbs up 5lbs 3x20
