One month cycle progress pic on everything. Left and right arms are a little swollen from PIP but nothing major.

Chest shoulders

  • Incline bb press 115lbs up 10lbs 3x8
  • Incline DB flies 15lbs up 5lbs 3x15
  • Smith machine chest press 70lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Cable cross over 13lbs up 3lbs 3x15

  • Pushups till failure 3x20
  • Hammer strength shoulder press 70lbs up 10lbs 3x10
  • Alternating DB front raises 15lbs up 5lbs 3x12
Abs after then 30 min incline treadmill post.
