Progressed all movements while keeping forum strict relatively happy. Imagine deca is helping the joints as no injuries or niggle present. Generally go with a 3 second eccentric so not just humping weight around for the sake of getting it up. Exciting for the pushing up for the next 4-6 months depending on body composition. It’s a bit of a longer phase but I’m behind so need to build on the foundation
