I've been on a zone diet lately, trying to bulk up a little with minimal fat gain. I usually get a large order of teryaki chicken on brown rice for lunch. I know the sauce is loaded with sugar. However, that and some fruit in the morning are all the sugar carbs I get in a day. The other carbs I get come from low-carb/low-cal shakes (not mrps), small wheat tortillas, a small amt. of sweet relish mixed with tuna, brown rice.
Although I'm technically bulking right now, I think my bf is to high (around 13%). Should I lose the sauce?
