I'm nervous about starting before understanding more.. So, here's the deal, and where the disconnects are.
starting 1cc test/winstrol every third day. (premixed from a trusted source)
eating right
Amplify XT protein
sleep
Strength training (obviously)
Serious Cardio Program (my main focus)
Milk Thistle
where I am a little confused..
Length of cycle ...? (supplies plentiful)
Vitamins... ?
PCT (I have Novedex XT from GNC) ...?
anything I may have missed ...?
