Sushi?

Sushi Rocks - Sashimi is even better - Wife & I don't eat the deep fried stuff nor the dishes infested with mayo. Lite soy sauce sparingly and no beers either. If we eat out not often its 9 out of 10 a trusted sushi joint. I won't eat Uni or Unagi!!

all sushi is amazing i love baked samlon roll, eel, and rib roll, but costs so much at good places... i am going to a place that is all you can eat with my brother... he told me it's really good and it's quality stuff.
i can't wait

I like it. Too bad its too expensive in Russia and not as fresh as in Thailand. I just got back from Thailand and I had a great experience with sushi there :) is a great food for bodybuilders, rice isnt that bad for us bodybuilders, its good clean food and I gotta agree sashimi is much better than sushi for cutting! :) Too bad I cant afford to eat it all day long! :) Oh well I think I`ll get back to thailand soon :)

The ratio mentioned is a garbage number. It depends entirely on how it is made. Sometimes it has a ton of rice and very little fish, sometimes the opposite.

I eat it almost every day for lunch because the place I go to makes the best sushi I have ever had. I also like to just buy a pound of raw salmon and make it in a bowl with rice and eat that with some soy sauce.

Boop - sodium is not bad for you.

That is a wonderful idea. I have to try that.

I also love just getting a raw tuna or salmon steak and just dipping it some low sodium soy sauce or a low cal/fat sauce

Fish wrapped suhi contains approx. 200 cals, 2.5g fat, 20g carbs, 12.5g protein, per 5 piece serving. It also contains B-vitamins, minerals like selenium, and Omega 3 fatty acids. It all depends on how it is made and portion size, but generally should resemble this.
