Ok, so some chinese dude walks in. About 5'8", about 130-140 lbs (read : skinny ass hell) got his hands all taped up like a street fighter.
walks up to the squat rack and throws 405lbs on the bar. No warm up, nothing. ok I am thinking this weight is going to divide this guy's spine when he shoulders it. He was that skinny.
Gets under the bar, hitches it up, steps back and assume a sumo stance. You know feet and knees out to the sides further than your shoulders. Then he does these little 8 inch reps. Basically dropping his hips down 8 inches - by then his legs were parellel and then going back up to lock out where his legs were sort of 45 degrees on lockout. That much of a sumo stance. Ok, these little half ass reps were not shit, but he did it NO HANDS!!! Fuck yeah, back up, read that again. HIS HANDS WERE NOT ON THE BAR. He had his hands on his hips. The 405 was just sitting across his measly little traps and c4-c5 verterbrate. Up and down, up and down, 14 reps. NO HANDS!!!! this was NOT a smith machine. Fucking free weights.
Then he goes to 495. Then 545. HOLY SHIT. Still NO HANDS. ONce he hitched the weight up and stepped back, his hand went to his waist. And the bar moved up and down, never dipping side to side (unbalanced).
Ok, when he finished with this and racked all his weights. He started throwing airs kicks. Bitch was blinding fast. No joke. He would be standing still then BAMM!! a side kick that had one foot on the ground, the other one 90 degrees over his head. You didn't see him draw his leg up, or lean to the side or thrust upwards. One minute he was standing two legs on the ground, next minute BAMM!!! full extension over his head. Fucking amazing.
Then he went over to the punching dummy - no, not BBF but the pad shaped like a man on a base - and proceeded to punch the dust off that thing. His hands were a fucking blur. Then his kicks.... HOLY SHIT!!!. He looked like Chun Li off Capcom Street Fighter doing her super move.
I wouldn't mess with this bitch for nothing.
