Been off ostrong Osterine for a week and I'm taking Hcgenerate dosed 3 am 2 pm outside of that I'm taking protein bcaas multi l-arginine n milk thistle I've been experiencing stomach pains for 4 days now and going to the bathroom a lot I'm taking the Hcgenerate with food but I'm wondering if this is the cause? Had blood work done yesterday to see how everything is functioning.

what exactly are you taking that may contain gluten, dairy, soy, etc?

those 3 are the most common reasons for stomach issues
I'm eating the same I always have no changes it's why I'm wondering if the Hcgenerate isn't agreeing with me

^^^ never heard of stomach issues with hcgenerate.

those other things you are taking what they have? whey protein does contain dairy
Yea from the research I have done I never heard of it either but yea I'm taking whey protein which I have always taken with bcaas l-arginine milk thistle and a multi vitamin all of which I have taken for a long time.

^^^ I hate to be the bearer of bad news but food allergies and lactose intolerance get worse as you age

just cause you took whey protein for years with no problem doesn't mean you won't start having issues.
Absolutely I was just questioning the Hcgenerate cause it's the newest thing in the mix and the symptoms occurred I'm going to give it a few days and cut certain things out to see I also took a urine sample and blood work so I'll see what's going on

I highly doubt the stomach issues are from HCGenerate. I have recommended the product to hundreds of clients and never once has anyone complained about stomach pain or GI issues.

I suspect your issue is from the protein powder. Food allergies/sensitivities are a very interesting topic. You can go years eating a food daily with no problems and then all of a sudden, a food intolerance can occur.

It's kind of like how someone will eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch everyday for 10 years and then suddenly be rushed to a hospital one day for a peanut allergy.

Most adult humans are sensitive to lactose. The milk sugar naturally occurring in dairy products. You need to be supplementing with a pure whey isolate, not a whey concentrate or concentrate/isolate blend. Stop taking the protein powder for a few days and I suspect all your GI problems will go away immediately.

Makes sense currently,I'm taking nutrabio whey protein isolate but I use milk at two a day I'm going to mix it with water tomorrow and try and cut some of the dairy out of the mix to start

its the milk bro. i could have figured that out for you before even knowing it

another thing to watch out for is gluten. its in so much shit you wouldn't believe it. its even in toothpaste and candy. you really have to be careful what you put into your body and read ingredients

i would cut out the milk and see how you feel. if that doesn't solve the issue than start cutting more stuff out like gluten, soy, even eggs believe it or not and keep going until you figure it out.. its called an elimination diet and every single person should do it because you can't be at your best if you have the shits after eating.

i went through something like this recently.. i used to get the shits after eating fish, turns out the spice blend i was using contained garlic. whenever i eat garlic i get the shits bigtime. so i stopped using the spice blend and came up with my own spices without garlic or onion and problem went away.
