My Trenbolone winstrol Log

Changed up my deadlift accessories and my shoulder day and felt like a good thing. Felt like I really hit some things. Yesterday went in on about a 16 hour fast planning to do an arm day but had to leave for work after 30 minutes of cardio. May have been a good thing as my whole upper back and rear delts were cramping up on the treadmill.

Continued the fast and went straight for squats today. Started with weight at 110, which was a kg up from 2 days before. How you can fast for 2 days and gain a kg is a mystery to me.

Anyway, felt good and did triples from 170 +10. Got my triple at 200, a first, and did a single at 210 to finish, a PR. Was absolutely toasted after the accessories. Got home and ate, rested, and weighed 108. Go figure. Taking a rest day tomorrow. I think I need to do something to stay hydrated better during my workouts. I’m sweating so damn much I’m probably losing all my electrolytes, but I don’t want to interrupt a fasted workout. Any ideas?

Drinking lots of fluids.

Sorry for the long absence. Been really depressed with how things are going both with this cycle and work. Short version is the weight just isn’t coming off this time. Frankly, I don’t know how it’s possible. Gain 1 kg during a 72 hour fast? Doesn’t make sense.

I think I may be getting some intestinal blockage due to fiber that is absorbing all the liquid I drink. Passed one a week or so ago and then started pissing normal. Lost 2 kg in a day. But then it seems to have just happened again. Barely pissing. When I do it can be dark brown and burn a bit. Did labs. Some blood and protein in my urine. Definitely in ketosis with my ketones at an 8 with less than .5 being normal. After those labs started another fast drinking as much water as I can. 48 hours in an my urine appears normal but I’m holding some in my legs too and getting softer around the gut. Gonna try a laxative tomorrow I think. After the first blockage I cut out any extra fiber, so what I got now is just from avocado, vegetables, and macadamia nuts. Shouldn’t be enough to cause this, but no real BM in about 4 days.

I will say I do look a little better, but strength is down, recovery seems slower than it should be, and my mood is shit. When I did very similar things before the weight just fell off.

what did you eat or drink during the 72 hours?
did you eat any foods? drink juices? etc be more detailed

and no gaining 1 kg is not normal 72 hours no food

you dont need a laxative, you need to drink more water, like a lot more water with some tea, herbal teas for digestion

if you use a laxative you'll gain more water weight after

forgot to mention dark urine and blood/protein in urine means you have kidney issues
you should increase n2guard dose and water intake increase

you have to increase water intake big time
and increase n2guard intake
and really detox kidneys

Just water, sometimes with a little pink salt or apple cider vinegar, and black coffee. I took some of my supplements but nothing with any caloric value. Kept taking milk thistle, NAC, turmeric, etc., stopped fish oil, lecithin, CLA, MCT

Thanks everyone. So still no BM, but I feel that something is at least moving. Been having gas. Drank 4 liters of water at least yesterday and was up all night pissing. Ankles are edema free again and I lost about 2.5 kg in the last 24 hours. Head feels a little fuzzy but otherwise feel completely normal. Had a pretty good deadlift workout today as well. I did get a laxative and hoping it works it’s magic. Not necessarily worried about water weight temporarily as I’m concentrating on losing actual fat.

thats not normal

you must have digestive issues, and you didnt take potassium or magnesium right? you will need that and sodium

you need 3 grams sodium
3 grams potassium
300mgs magnesium
some iodine
every day of the fast or your body wont function right especially digestion

lets get more log updates on how you're doing

i would add some electrolytes daily to see if you start moving

2.5kgs in 24 hours means you were just backed up water wise

update us when you get going

Well, blockage is gone. I suspect water will return to normal soon as well. My blood pressure was already on the low side. With that internal pressure gone, even after a large meal, BP was 98/70 tonight. I cut my BP meds in half now and will see where it’s at over the next few days.

Also picked up some magnesium today. Felt like it really made a difference during my workout.

I have an idea what’s been causing these digestive issues. I’ve hit this diet hard like before but wasn’t dropping weight the same. I just realized today that I hadn’t done a cheat meal since I started. Before I did one every sunday as my whole gym would go eat together every week. My ghrelin levels were probably tanked and my body was trying to hold on to everything it could. Can’t know for sure of course, but it makes sense as it is one of the only differences from before.

wait, you're taking blood pressure medication with low blood pressure? thats VERY dangerous
you shouldn't be on BP meds and I didnt see that in your log

whats the BP meds and whats the dose?

on the cheat meal side, sure you should do a cheat meal every sunday that will help you get your system back in order (if you're lean under 15% bodyfat)

My BP was slightly high and climbing when I started this cycle. I was on Telmisartan 40 mg when I started. When BP went up I raised it to 80. Back to 40 now. Just coming off a 72 hour fast probably made it lower than normal too. I’ll check it every day and see where it’s at.

I was at 19% when I started. I’m down about 7 kg, so probably around 15% now. The cheat meal will still be keto. Just more of it.

I would drop the telmisartan to 10mgs and cruise and see how you do, dont use too many blood pressure meds

and btw cheat meals you need carbs not keto
get some carbs in you and push it hard for 1 meal so you get your metabolic rate going

I plan to stay in ketosis, so no carbs. You know it can take weeks to get back into it after 15-20 grams of carbs?

That's incorrect, get some ketone strips and test your urine after 5 days under 20 grams of carbs with high fats, you'll see you're in ketosis

ketosis generally takes 3-4 days of high fat low protein low carbs

and you wont be fully kicked out of ketosis with 1 cheat meal, trust me I do a lot of keto diets

Great insight man.

blood work 1 week after completing the Winstrol. Still on everything else.

The system won't let me upload anything else. No idea why and I'm too tired to mess with it anymore tonight. My pics don't look all that different, but when I have a decent pump going the difference is pretty obvious. I was planning to get rid of all the hair once I got below 100 kg, but I really thought I would have been there awhile ago. The fat is slowly going away, but not the weight. My bloodwork is kinda all over the place. Liver isn't terrible and to be expected. Lipids aren't great, but again kinda expected on Tren, though last cycle it was within range at this point. Biggest concern for me is the troponin level. It's higher than it was last year when I actually had covid and my valves were leaking. No leakage now, but still a high troponin. Cardio is easy. Don't feel any problems. Adding the magnesium seemed to help things a lot. No idea why it would be high. E2 is high, but I read that's common with Tren as a false high. Free test is really high, but base test is barely out of range. That doesn't make sense to me at all.

I did get a new InBody scan today as well. Again, won't let me upload it, but it has me actually losing a little SMM to be at 52.7 right now, but it also has my PBF down to 13.7% I try to upload again later. Seeing a cardiologist tuesday about the troponin level. Not sure it will make any difference while being on the Tren, but really curious what's going on with that and my blood pressure. I actually brought my BP cuff to the gym today. Checked it a few times between sets and was the same as in the morning before my coffee and any exercise, 125/80.

You might have a false high of estrogen with trenbolone

i would take advantage of the situation now
cut carbs completely and go low carbs
under 20 carbs per day and do more am cardio
1 hour am cardio empty stomach
and increase your protein higher and fats higher

do training 6 days per week
and make sure you cut the calories
you can get way leaner if you keep pushing it

i think he's actually in good shape he can cut down and get lean easy
drop carbs and do cardio

If you look at the beginning of the log, you’ll see i used to be close to 400 pounds. A lot of the “fat” is extra skin that was stretched out for years. My shoulders and legs are pretty solid. Plan was/is to shave the hair when i get back to 100 kg.

Ok Keto experts, just got back from the doctor and he noticed something. My blood ketone levels are about 16 times the normal range, which is to be expected after 3 months of keto and lots of MCT oil. However, my urine was negative for ketones! Does that make sense? I don’t have any urine strips to test it, but seems to me a lab should at least detect something. Any reason blood levels could be so high and urine still negative?

Found this from more of a "medical" keto site:

Whether testing ketones to confirm the effectiveness of a nutrition, exercise, or wellness plan, the most accurate and reliable way to accurately test your ketone levels is with a blood meter. Although urine and breath tests show ketones, these tests don’t give accurate depictions of your blood-ketone levels and they don’t test the right kind of ketones. This inaccuracy can lead to false conclusions of whether or not you are in ketosis as well as a false understanding of how your body is responding to different variables while on a ketogenic diet or therapies.

high ketones can happen, especially you're on trenbolone leaning out thats normal

increase water intake and make sure you taking n2guard so ketones not impacting kidneys

During my injection 2 nights ago I felt a twinge in my tongue and got a slight metallic taste for a few seconds. Very slight tren cough after a minute or so. Was gone just as quickly. Two days later though i still feel the spot in my tongue, like it got burnt or I bit it, and pain at the injection site. (Glute). This is a new one for me.

It happens sometimes, massage the site and keep going
and dont inject that site for 2 weeks

hows your diet going?

I’ve added in more protein and calories and seem to be losing fat faster, but still not overall weight. But, love handles are disappearing and that’s the ultimate goal I guess. Be interesting to see what happens if I keep on keto after the tren.
