Hey dudes .. So I'm back from the dead lol.. I took a break from working out and went on 6 day bender in Thailand !! Lost 20 pounds :-/.. But gained 4 back already and just gonna go hard now for 12 weeks of 5x5.. Thanks to brotha zed and gymJunkie I know it works wonders for strength and mass..
